Draka Energy & Infrastructure | Asia Pacific is responsible for the sales and business development of Draka E&I products in the Asia Pacific Region, and also manages five world-class ISO certified manufacturing plants located in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand that produces power cables, instrumentation & control cables, marine cables as well as datacom cables. These products are supplied extensively throughout Asia Pacific through Draka E&I APAC regional sales offices.
Draka E&I APAC regional sales offices are established in strategic countries within Asia Pacific (Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam), handling sales in their dedicated territories and are well reputed in their area of operations, actively supplying cables from Draka extensive manufacturing network.

Quality Standards

With Draka’s cutting-edge technology in the development of materials, products, production technology and logistics, we develop products to meet our customers ever-growing needs regarding the environment, safety, flexibility and ease of installation. These products are also certified to IEC, EN, British Standards, Australian Standards, TUV/PSB Standards, SIRIM Standards and TIS Standards and other International standards.

MAX-FOH is one example of Draka’s leading Halogen–free, low-smoke-emission Fire Performance products that are being used widely in infrastructural development projects. These projects involve huge human traffic and hence required to use the most stringent fire performance cables for maximum protection in the event of a fire.

Petrochemical Industry

Another market segment is the petrochemical industry, where Draka Instrumentation and control cables are the leading products. Draka’s Alupac Instrumentation Cables are made to meet the exacting customer‘s need for organic and inorganic chemical resistance, low weight, a high bending flexibility and protection against water ingress. Draka’s Instrumentation and Control cables are also widely used for data processing and process controls in industry. Draka E&I Asia Pacific currently has a dedicated plant in Malaysia specializing in manufacturing world class Instrumentation and Control cables for the Asia Pacific market.

Shipboard Cables

Draka E&I Asia Pacific’s plant in Singapore is the leader in developing and manufacturing a full range of shipboard cables for power, instrumentation and control usage. Draka shipboard cables are the leading products for use in FSOs, FPSOs, Anchor Handling Tug & Supply vessels, Ice Breakers, Container vessels, Catamarans and Fast Ferries, Patrol boats, Tankers and Multi Purpose Vessels.
